Absolutely wonderful experience. We just wanted a good vacuum without knowing much about brands. They went above and beyond to help us find the right vacuum to fit our needs. It was really refreshing to be around such knowledgeable staff/owners. They even threw in a free goodie because of our purchases. Will only go here for any vacuum needs in the future.

My vacuum hadn’t been acting normally so I was planning on dropping it off and waiting a few days to see what the issue was. I had to bring my little ones in with me and upon walking in, the employees immediately took back my vacuum to find the issue and let my kids read books while we waited. Everyone was so sweet and patient and they fixed my issue in less than 20 minutes. My kiddos were told they could even take a book home with them and they haven’t put the books down. Thank you so much for your kind hearts and quick work! My vacuum is as good as new again!

I just picked up my vacuum Longmont Vacuum. It was completely clogged, and they were able to clean it out, tune it up, and even add a new belt All within a few days. Great service! The staff was very friendly and helpful. If my vacuum breaks again, there's no doubt where I'll be taking it to get fixed. Highly recommend them for any vacuum repairs!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Walked me through the process to fix my out of production Dyson with reasonably priced parts that were right there in stock. Gave me some pointers and reminded me that I always had the option to bring it back if I wasn’t able to complete the repair myself. I was able to get my vacuum going again like new and he even gave me a smaller part that I had lost at no charge! Highly recommend!
